Join a collaborative team of two established full-time Pediatric Hospitalists at a welcoming rural hospital in Gallipolis, Ohio serving a close-knit community. This unique opportunity offers a blend of inpatient pediatric care and outpatient clinic work, allowing you to maintain both your hospital and ambulatory pediatric skills.

Practice Details

• Join a team of two Pediatric Hospitalists
• 10 inpatient 24-hour shifts per month; manage a low-volume pediatric census in 7-bed unit
• Care for newborns in a Level I nursery
• Enjoy home call with in-person rounding responsibilities
• Maintain outpatient skills with 5 clinic days per month; see same-day sick visits and walk-in pediatric patients in an established pediatric clinic
• Excellent work-life balance with a predictable schedule and strong team support

Recruitment Package

• Salaried position
