- Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients at a new practice within a hospital setting
- Support inpatient and outpatient care, including hospital consultations for hematology/oncology cases
- Collaborate with support staff including nurses, front office, and other providers in a multidisciplinary team
- Manage a growing patient load with an initial volume of approximately 10 patients daily
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in community-based practice activities and hospital consults as needed
- Active PA medical license or IMLC LOQ
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oncology (or Hematology/Oncology)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle consults and manage patient care within a hospital-based setting
