Established team: 3 physicians and 1 physician assistant
See 16-18 patients per day
Comprehensive in-house services, including:
- High complexity laboratory
- Diagnostic X-ray
- Nuclear cardiology
- Thyroid ultrasound
- Stress echo and echo ultrasound
Convenient location adjacent to Alamance Regional Medical Center (ARMC), which is a modern, well-equipped facility with 238 beds and a dedicated heart and vascular center

Kernodle Clinic is a 55-physician, 40-APP multi-specialty clinical affiliate of Duke Health. It is Duke Health’s largest community-based practice with 15 specialties across three locations. The main clinic in Burlington enjoys a growing community 30 miles from Chapel Hill, Durham, and Greensboro.
