Physician - Geriatric Medicine

Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our growing AgeWell Program in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is an exceptional opportunity to care for older adults in a collaborative, outpatient setting designed specifically to support healthy aging, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and help patients maintain their independence and quality of life. Our AgeWell team works closely with primary care providers, specialists, caregivers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, personalized care for seniors.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Previous experience caring for older adults preferred
