Physician - Oncology

New Mexico Cancer Center (NMCC) is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Medical Oncologist to join our physician-led, multi-specialty cancer practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career oncologist or graduating fellow who wants to build a practice with the support and mentorship of an established team, rather than stepping directly into an existing physician's large patient panel. With several senior partners anticipating retirement over the coming years, NMCC is intentionally recruiting ahead of those transitions to allow new physicians time to develop their own patient base and grow into community oncology at their own pace.

• A proven 2-year partnership track, with partner-track physicians receiving the same call and vacation structure as partners.
• Call is approximately 1:7-1:8.
• 6 weeks of vacation/PTO for partner-track physicians.
