  • Calcium & bone metabolism hyperparathyroidism, osteoporosis
  • Metabolic disorders obesity medicine, lipid disorders
  • Diabetes management Type 1, Type 2, complex insulin management, technology-driven care

 

Research and Scholarly Activity

  • Develop and maintain an area of scholarly expertise.
  • Conduct clinical, translational, educational, outcomes, or basic science research consistent with academic rank and track.
  • Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Present scholarly work at regional, national, and international meetings.
  • Pursue extramural funding opportunities where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with investigators across disciplines and departments.

Institutional Service

  • Participate in departmental, college, hospital, and university committees.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and program development initiatives.
  • Support institutional accreditation and compliance activities.
  • Engage in professional societies and community outreach activities.

Required Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
  • Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the applicable state.
  • Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Salary: Competitive starting salary based on experience, plus production and quality incentives; Sign-on bonuses available
