PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Exceptional Earning Potential: Documented physician earnings of up to $440,000 annually.
  • Production Incentives: wRVU-driven compensation from direct patient care plus attributed production through the Chronic Care Management program.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Status: Board certification/board eligibility not required.
  • Licensure: Eligible for an unrestricted California medical license.
  • Skillset: Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult/Medicare population.
  • Experience: Experienced physicians and qualified physicians from a variety of primary care backgrounds may be considered.
  • Sponsorship: Immigration sponsorship considered based on individual candidate circumstances.
