Physician - Orthopedic Surgery

Saint Agnes Medical Providers is seeking an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join an established and growing orthopedic practice serving Fresno and the Central Valley. The physician will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, including sports injuries, trauma, reconstructive procedures, and advanced surgical and nonsurgical treatments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization with a strong referral network and growing demand for specialized orthopedic services. The schedule for this opportunity is a typical clinic schedule, Monday - Friday, with a minimum of 36 patient contact hours per week, plus procedures, rounding, and consults.

Position Highlights:

      Become part of an expanding orthopedic team with established expertise in total joint reconstruction, sports medicine, and fracture management.

      Play a key role in building a new program with meaningful input and significant growth opportunities

      Operate out of one hospital campus and affiliated ASC

Requirements:

      Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

      Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery

      Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

      Successful completion of ACGME or CanERA accredited orthopedic residency program

      Board certification through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS) - or obtain within three years

      Member in good standing of the American Orthopaedical Foot and Ankle Society

      Obtain California medical licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Agnes health system affiliated hospitals as needed

      Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA

      Willingness to take general orthopedic call
