Arnot Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to join the Endocrinology Department at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient care and has an interest in performing thyroid biopsies to help expand the practices procedural capabilities.
Work alongside an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a high-volume clinical setting, with opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the endocrinology service line.
About the Practice
The Endocrinology Department at Arnot Ogden Medical Center is a high-volume practice with an established team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The practice is focused primarily on outpatient care, with providers rotating responsibility for inpatient hospital consultations.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers nine examination rooms, including a room designated for procedures.
The department is seeking a physician who can help meet patient demand while expanding procedural services, particularly thyroid biopsies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of endocrine disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing management of endocrine conditions.
- Perform thyroid biopsies and contribute to the expansion of in-office procedural services.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in rotating inpatient endocrinology consultations.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term disease management.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and the continued development of the endocrinology service line.
