In this role, you will play a critical role as you provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for a medically complex senior population.

Key Responsibilities

• · Lead clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• · Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize participant outcomes.
• · Support physician and advanced practice clinician engagement and performance.
• · Guide care model development, utilization management, and population health initiatives.
• · Collaborate with operational leaders on program strategy and growth.
• · Represent PACE in regional and organizational leadership forums.
