OhioHealth Doctors Hospital is seeking a Director of Medical Education to provide leadership for graduate medical education programs at Dublin Methodist Hospital and O’Bleness Hospital. This physician leadership role oversees 3 residency programs and plays a key role in advancing medical educational strategies, academic partnerships, accreditation excellence, and osteopathic medical education across the health system

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee competency-based graduate medical education programs
- Ensure educational quality through metrics, evaluations, and continuous improvement
- Provide operational oversight of ambulatory teaching sites
- Promote and advance osteopathic medical education
- Partner closely with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and Osteopathic Heritage Foundation
- Collaborate with program directors, faculty and senior leadership
