Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained endocrinologist, to join our team of physicians at Baptist Health Louisville. Our team is actively recruiting for a physician who would like to practice outpatient.
- Practice has 4 physicians, 2 APRN, and dedicated support staff
- Diabetes educator and dietitian are available
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Office to be relocated to brand new state-of-the-art medical building, see details below.
- Imaging, Full Lab, Retail Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy on-site
- Substantial patient referral base exists within the facility
