Opportunity Information:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient endocrine care, including chronic disease management
- Manage Type I & Type II diabetes and other endocrine-related conditions
- Deliver follow-up visits, urgent add on visits, and work within a care team pod model
- Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, diabetes educators, and clinical support staff
- Provide patient education on diet, exercise, medications, and long term disease management
- Participate in administrative duties (approximately 10% of workload)
Position Details
- Full-time position (36 patient care hours per week)
- Monday Friday, daytime schedule
- Outpatient only (no hospital responsibilities)
- No call requirement
- Patient volume: 12 16 patients per day
- Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
Salary
- 2 Year Guarantee
- $130,000 180,000 Annually
- NP/PA with Directly Related Experience in Endocrinology
- Excellent skill set in Endocrinology
- Interested in following chronic conditions over time
- NP/PA Certified
- DEA Certificate and/or California Furnishing License
- Eligible to Work in the United States
- CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
