Sanford Health is currently seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join our team at the Sanford Bemidji Clinic in Bemidji, MN.

  • Join a team of three ambulatory Pediatricians, one APP, a Child Psychiatrist, and Child Psychologist
  • Ambulatory practice, Monday-Friday - No Call
  • Typical patient load is 15-20 patients per day
  • Outreach services from Sanford Fargo include Pediatric Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Allergy
  • Hospital covered by Pediatric Hospitalist team
  • Average daily pediatric census: 2.5
  • Level II nursery
  • Six OB/GYN Physicians - 800 deliveries per year
  • Excellent referral relationship with NICU/PICU and Pediatric sub-specialty support from Sanford Children's in Fargo

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $237,634 - $307,527  plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
