The Department of Neurology at Duke University School of Medicine seeks an additional board eligible/board certified Headache Neurologist with an interest in CSF pressure related disorders to join their growing faculty. Ideal candidate will have excellent training in general Headache medicine, an interest in CSF pressure disorders, plus an academic interest in CSF research.
Dukes current practice in spontaneous intracranial hypotension is a groundbreaking practice in this field, and is one of the premier international practices of its kind. Our staff are clinical experts in CSF treatment and research leaders in SIH with a robust referral base. Responsibilities will be split between seeing patients in the Duke Headache clinic with other Duke Neurology Headache specialists, plus collaborating with Dukes Neuroradiology faculty in caring for patients with CSF pressure related disorders. Position allows for ample clinical research opportunities, facilitated through the Duke Neurology Clinical Research Organization.
