The Division of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences at Duke University School of Medicine is seeking a Fellowship trained Sleep Surgeon or General Otolaryngologist with an interest in Sleep at the rank commensurate to experience to lead our emerging practice in the Durham market. This position will grow a multidisciplinary program in collaboration with Neurology and Pulmonary Medicine. Ideal candidates would have an academic interest that is relevant to the subspecialty.
Our community-based otolaryngology practices include the desirable north and south Durham areas. The Private Diagnostic Clinic, Dukes faculty practice, owns and operates 80 primary care and specialty care clinics throughout central and eastern North Carolina. Through a diverse and integrated network of providers, patients have convenient, accessible and high quality primary and specialty care close to home.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing the highest quality patient care and the skills to build a Sleep Surgery program based in Durham county. Hired faculty will have a Duke University appointment, be involved with resident training, and the opportunity to participate in clinical research.
