Cape ENT, located in the beautiful coastal town of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is looking for a recently graduated resident or experienced Otolaryngologist to join their busy and growing ENT practice! Cape ENT is privately-owned and specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of the ear, nose and throat and related structures of the head and neck. The ideal candidate will be seeking an opportunity where they can hit the ground running, provide a variety of general ENT services to an established database of adult and pediatric patients, and have the drive to be part of the continued overall growth and success of the practice.
About the practice:
Led by Dr. Justin Elder, the team at Cape ENT has been serving the Mid-Atlantic coast since 2013 and we strive to provide the best possible care for the patients in our community. To meet the growing needs of our patients, Cape ENT is thrilled to be moving into our larger, more state-of-the-art location this summer! This new larger location will allow us to better serve our community and to expand the services we currently provide. A snapshot of our services includes, evaluation and treatment of tonsil and adenoid disorders, nosebleeds, earaches, hoarseness, sinus disease, facial plastics procedures, skin lesions of the head and neck, seasonal allergies, a full-service audiology department and more. Each physician is paired with a medical assistant to ensure the utmost quality of notes and documentation allowing the physician to focus on developing the patient relationship. Our team consists of a single physician, an audiologist, a physician assistant, a student audiologist, two medical assistants and administrative staff.
- Board certified or eligible Otolaryngologist
- Specialist in Otology or Pediatric Otolaryngology preferred
- Highly proficient and confident in clinical and surgical ENT care

Compensation and benefits:
Cape ENT offers a competitive compensation package with performance-based quarterly bonuses, medical, dental and vision benefits, 4.5 day work week, 3 weeks paid time off, 1 week sick pay, 401k package, continuing education reimbursements, relocation assistance options, and a large established patient database to begin scheduling patients right out of the gate.
