Excellent opportunity for a Surgical Wound Care physician to step into a busy Hospital Employed Surgical Wound Position and practice in DESIRABLE OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE! The Surgical Wound Care Physicians practice will be 100% at the HonorHealth Osborn Campus which proudly boast a 12-seat Hyperbaric Chamber - the largest in the state of Arizona!
Ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery or General Surgery and meet the qualifications for the ABWMS if approved and certification/experience in Hyperbaric Medicine a strong plus. The HonorHealth Osborn Surgical Wound Care program is the referral center for the HonorHealth six hospitals, all located within the Phoenix/Scottsdale Metro area. The system has four Wound Care Programs, most non-surgical and a Certified Center of Excellent Limb Salvage Program.
HonorHealth has three Level 1 Community Based Trauma Centers including HonorHealth Osborn which also is home to the HonorHealth Military Partnership Program. This provides educational and teaching opportunities with HonorHealth Physicians and Military Physicians and Medical Professionals preparing for deployment. Physicians can also be on the teaching faculty for the HonorHealth General Surgery Residency. Consideration for a Surgical Wound Care Fellowship in the future.
