Physician - Emergency Medicine

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist for Per Diem and Part Time employment at Clara Maass Medical Center (CMMC) in Belleville, New Jersey.

CMMC is a fully accredited emergency department that provides emergency care for those requiring immediate medical attention for most illnesses and conditions, including emergency behavioral health care for adults and children. CMMC is nationally recognized by quality and patient safety by The Leapfrog Group and Healthgrades and is designated as a Primary Stroke Center by the New Jersey Department of Health, and is a recognized leader in LGTBQ Healthcare Equality.

New staff will be required to meet the high standards of healthcare in accordance with policies adopted by the medical staff, hospital administration, and the Board of Trustees.

Our new Emergency Department features:

• Spacious, modern waiting areas for adult and pediatric patients
• Easy-to-access off entrance for patient arrivals and departures
• A redesigned entrance with a single new walk-in/drop-off entrance
• New patient treatment room
• Private a consultation room for private conversations between providers, patients and families
• Discharge lounge for patients waiting for transportation or for additional instructions from our health team

Preferred candidates will have:

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
• Active NJ license or eligible for licensure in NJ
